Strictly Come Dancing returns to our TV screens this Saturday and we now know the full ‘Celebrity’ line up. If you are like myself and don’t read every glossy magazine available or watch every single soap opera going then some of the so-called celebrities this year may need some explaining.
So here is Base.com’s 2011 Who’s Who Guide To Strictly Come Dancing.

Alex Jones: Welsh television presenter best known for The One Show
Anita Dobson: Aka. Angie Watts in Eastenders
Audley Harrison: British boxer who won gold in the superheavyweight division at the 2000 Olympic Games
Chelsee Healey: English actress best known for playing Janeece Bryant on the BBC Drama Waterloo Road
Dan Lobb: Sports presenter on ITV’s Daybreak show and retired professional Tennis player
Edwina Currie: Controversial former Member of Parliament with the Conservative Party
Lulu: Scottish Singer/Actress best known for representing GB in the Eurovision Song Contest and hit song ‘Shout’
Nancy Dell’Olio: Famous for one reason only – dating Sven-Göran Eriksson
Robbie Savage: Broadcaster & Retired Footballer who until recently held the title of most ill-disciplined player in the history of the Premier League
Harry Judd: Drummer in the British pop group McFly
Holly Valance: Serbian/Australian singer, actress and model, best known for appearing in Neighbours and provocative No. 1 single ‘Kiss Kiss’
Jason Donovan: Another Australian singer and actor best known for appearing in Neighbours and a series of UK No.1 singles
Rory Bremner: Scottish impressionist, playwright and comedian seen regularly on Mock The Week & Bremner, Bird and Fortune
Russell Grant: British astrologer, who produces horoscopes for many British newspapers
Base.com Verdict – Our money would be on Alex Jones to win this year, she will have strong support from the many loyal viewers of The One Show.
